Alice Donahue Stuart is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and was born and raised in the valley with the exception of an extended time she lived in Panama during her childhood. Spanish became a second language for her at an early age. After college she went into the hotel industry. It was at that time she got her real estate license and began her career in real estate. In 1995, she opened her own office known now as "Alice Donahue Real Estate" located in the Radisson Resort, now called the Isla Grand Beach Resort
Alice strives to serve the community in many ways. A professional impression is important to her. She dedicates herself to finding the right property for her clients and for providing service after the sale.

Gayle Hood
Whether it is buying or selling resort property for a second home or for investment, it has been Gayle’s expertise for 10 years. Her goal is to find the best property for her clients and to provide superior service. Billie Andrews Samuelson is a second generation Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas being preceded in the field by her daughter, Broker Alice Donahue Stuart. Born up the river road (U.S. 281) on her grandparents farm near Santa Maria, she grew up in Mercedes and Harlingen and has worked on South Padre since 1982, first in interiors at The Lemon Tree and with husband Arnold publishing ISLAND TIMES.
Billie relishes the challenge in real estate for evaluating the wishes and needs of prospective buyers/sellers and then being able to orchestrate a successful match for them among the properties available in the Texas Gulf Coast area.

Michael Stuart provides executive management and internet marketing for Alice Donahue Real Estate and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. Mike's experience in the technology industry is quite extensive. During his career, he has had the good fortune of serving both as a designer of complex enterprise applications and as a corporate executive. In his previous life, Mike was founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of AssetWorks Inc., now a division of a fortune 500 company.
Mike now enjoys living on South Padre Island and helping make Alice Donahue Real Estate serve it's customers better through the use of technology. Mike has a BSEE from Ohio State University and completed his real estate license courses through the University of Texas.

Cherith Fenton is a native Texan residing in South Padre Island for almost 18 years. She graduated from Port Isabel High School, is a licensed boat captain, an artist, and hold a degree in Culinary Arts and within the last few years has added Real Estate to her list.
Her skills and personal attributes have enabled her to travel the world fishing, diving, and exploring new places all over the world. No matter where she has been, Texas has always been her home. Lynnette or Lenny as she prefers to be called , was born and raised in Brownsville. She became a licensed agent in 2001. She moved to Dallas, Texas in 2000 , and worked for a bank , when she decided that she would rather sell a condo than an annuity . She soon became a Realtor and specilized in highrise condo sales and rentals in the uptown/downtown area of Dallas, Texas. During her first year of rentals, she became an instant success and made rookie of the year in addition to breaking an all-time record . She also excelled in sales during her first 6 months in sales. Lenny is a firm believer in "Listen to your clients EVERY need ".
Lenny decided after almost 10 years of being away from her family , that it was time to return to Brownsville/ South Padre Island . She ran into a childhood friend , who has a successful real estate company in South Padre Island . Alice Donahue !
